wipping Cream

2 straberry jelly

1 cup boiling water

1 cup Ice

2 cups cocunt powder

Sponge cake:

3 Eggs

3/4 Caster Sugar

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

50 gm butter melted

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Step 2: Mix the Sponge cake ingredients and bake

step 3:Once the cake cooled ,wrap the cake in cling wrap and placed in freezer for 2 hours

Step 4: Cut the frozen cake in to cubes 12 pieces and cut the crust

step 5: Put the jelly mix mix in a bowl and pour the boiling water to it and add the ice cubes to the bowl and stir

Step6: Dip the cake in mix and roll on coconut powder mix

Step 7: Slice a slit on the top of the each cake and pour the wipping cream over there

Step 8: Server Immeditely
